Meet the Leadership Team

Miranda Wilsnagh
A search & selection Specialist, Miranda has over 25 years’ experience in business ownership and various recruitment & leadership roles in the UK and abroad. She has considerable experience in Consulting with Clients to improve operations, talent management processes and implementing strategies for sustainable growth. A deep understanding of the challenges faced by HR Directors and Business Owners and knows how to help them using a consultative-approach, identifying problems, understanding the solution and demonstrating value throughout the resourcing cycle.
Miranda loves to invest the time to understand your recruitment challenges and nuances and has experience across multiple sectors & industries including technology, healthcare, fintech, manufacturing, etc; this includes but is not limited to:- IT, Executive & Finance Recruitment; CRM implementation & training; Outsourced Resourcing functions.
Probably the most enjoyable part of Miranda’s day is when she feels she is making a huge difference with her helpful, highly consultative, open & honest approach and knowing all stakeholders feel like winners.

Chris Dyckes
Chris started her career in retail culminating in an operational role where she worked alongside HR both in the recruitment and training of staff. Her role gave her the opportunity to work with IT, Finance, Marketing and Customer Services, along with Distribution and HR to communicate effectively across the business, understanding the synergy required to work as a team.
A change of career led her into the recruitment industry where it seemed there was a natural progression into the specialist sector of accountancy. Her strong interpersonal skills, dedication to quality service, industry knowledge, along with a successful record of recruitment and managing teams led her set up Avatar, providing support to both clients and candidates with a personal touch as well as a caring and quality driven approach to her work as stock standard.
Chris is now an Associate Director with Avatar subsequent to the collaboration with Skye Business Solutions this year. We are very excited about the future; with the growing team and renewed energy and focus we can only but do great things moving forward.
Chris has worked at all levels of recruitment from global companies to SMEs, even including The Prince of Wales Office. Chris is happiest when she is able to share her expertise including employee law and market insight.

William Wilsnagh
William has over 30 years’ of business experience with more than 20 in business ownership and various executive leadership roles as MD, COO / CEO & Non-Exec across Information Technology, Recruitment, Manufacturing & Operations, as well as Executive and Commercial Management industries; delivering sustainable growth in businesses operating in SA, UK, Europe, and the Americas.
He moved into IT early in his career, completing many international IT certifications as well an MSc in Information Systems and currently an MSc in Executive Coaching & Behavioural Change. Probably the most enjoyable part of William’s day is when he wears his Executive Coaching hat, making a difference at a really strategic level.
William’s experience includes recruitment, onboarding & deploying of Part-time CFO’s, FD’s & COO’s currently deployed within UK-based businesses.
