Role: IT Service Desk Analyst 1st – 2nd Line

Established IT Service Company is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst seeking career progression to join its dynamic team based in Milton Keynes.
Reporting to the Head of Finance and Administration, the ideal candidate will have strong experience in 1st line technical support and looking to expand their knowledge and skills with second line experience and some knowledge.
The role will support a variety of industries and projects, especially financial service industries, so previous CRB clearance is ideal and will be required for the role, along with a UK passport.
Ideally experience will be around 3 years commercial experience in deploying Microsoft Office Suites, computer hardware troubleshooting and installation experience.
In addition, you will also have experience of PC setup, configuration and deployment on customer sites, working knowledge of configuring Printers on laptops and desktops, remote support tools, MS Operating systems, including Desktop O/S 7 to Windows 10.
Some understanding of Networking Protocols, TCP/IP fundamentals, Windows Server 2008 – 2012 R2, including SBS Server would be advantageous.
Any ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco and Apple qualifications would be beneficial along with a desire to career progress in a rewarding and forward-thinking organisation.
You must have excellent communication skills both oral and written, a pro-active approach, strong documentation skills, attention to detail and a very professional manner.
