Role: Membership Sales Advisor
A unique opportunity to join an innovative company that facilitate Golfing opportunities across the UK, is recruiting for permanent newly created roles for Membership Sales Advisors.
Based in Bloxham Mill, near Banbury, Oxfordshire the role of Membership Sales Advisors will be to:
- Contribute to the team target and achieve your individual target.
- To take responsibility in contributing to the research, planning and delivery of lead generation initiatives that drives the achievement of new member targets.
- To continually improve your knowledge by keeping up to date with industry trends and seek further training and guidance from the National Membership Sales Manager
- To be an active member of the team that develops product knowledge to be able to answer member queries where possible.
- To manage daily KPI’s to achieve monthly target and ensure daily activity are met.
- Work as part of a team to ensure overall KPIs and process deliverables are consistently achieved
- Be pro-active at all times and ‘go the extra mile’ to uphold a first-class customer experience
- Advising on product improvements based on customer and your own initiative.
Previous experience in a sales environment is ideal, along with experience of working within a call centre environment, proven track record of working to deadlines and the ability to adapt to the needs of a growing business. CRM experience is useful but not essential.
