Role: Paraplanner/Client Liaison Officer (part-time)
Salary £12.00ph – £20.00 depending on experience for 16-20 hours per week
A well-established Practice of wealth management consultants is seeking a part-time Paraplanner/Client Liaison Officer to support them with their work in Hazlemere, Bucks.
Reporting to the Partners, the role will involve:
- Preparation of detailed financial reports
- Dealing with correspondence
- Diary management
- Office organisation
- Facility management
- Administrative support to the Directors
- Providing guidance to clients and business Contacts in the Partners absence
- Project work
- Marketing support
- Analysis of figures for submission to a Paraplanner if required.
- Dealing with enquiries
- Dealing with compliance documents and any other ad-hoc duties.
The opportunity to develop further to Paraplanner status is encouraged if not previous experience.
The ideal candidate should be educated to degree level and must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both oral and written, numeracy, attention to detail, ability to carry out detailed research on complex financial matters, good customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task. Accuracy and good typing speeds with strong Microsoft skills are essential as is the ability to manage your own workload using your own initiative.
Previous experience of working with pensions and investments is desired, along with experience of Analytics software, but a focus on developing to become a specialist Paraplanner would be ideal, or previous Paraplanning experience. Full training and development to Paraplanner level is provided.
